Choices Within Wedding Breakfast Menu
Should you wish to offer your guests a choice on your menu, whether just on one course or all the way through, this can be arranged. To calculate the cost of your menu, select the choice with the higher cost as your base price and add €2.50 per course offered.
Children’s Menu
For half the price of your chosen menu you can either offer your young guests a half portion of your chosen menu or choose one of our children’s menus.

A selection of any three for €7.50 per person (Does not include Canapés)

Special Accommodation Rates for your Guests
When you confirm your wedding with us we will automatically allocate a maximum of 20 bedrooms, held in a “Block Booking” for you at the special rates below:
May to September €75pps
Rest of Year €65pps
Additional rooms will be charged at rack rate and are subject to availability.
We can only hold extra rooms (if available) when all 20 rooms originally booked have been allocated to specific guests with deposits received.
Should you wish to provide names for the allocated rooms, we would require a contact telephone number for each room so we can confirm their requirements directly.
All rooms must be guaranteed by either a credit card number or a deposit and are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy.
Any rooms remaining on the block booking not allocated with deposits received will be released 2 weeks prior to the date of your wedding.
Our Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of €1000 is required to secure your booking, with an additional €1000 due six months prior to your big day. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days only. A signed copy of our terms & conditions is also required at the time of booking.
We require at least four weeks notice prior to your Wedding regarding menu choice, drinks selection and approximate attending numbers. Final numbers submitted to the hotel 48 hrs in advance will be the minimum number charged.
No food or beverage must be served nor consumed on the premises unless the hotel supplies it. (This does not apply to The Wedding Cake)
In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to resell the facilities, to prevent the charge of cancellation fees. However, should the facilities remain available the scale of charges will be as follows:
- All deposits will be forfeited in full.
- Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the date booked will be charged in full.
Should you be in a position where the wedding needs to be postponed, your original deposit paid may be transferred to a date within 6 months of the original date. Should a second postponement occur the deposit would be forfeited in full
- All cancellations or changes in date must be confirmed in writing.
All accounts must be settled for prior to or on the day by either cash or bankers draft. Cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangement is made.
There will be a Bar Exemption Fee of €400.00
The Hotel does not accept any responsibility for any entertainment booked, the list provided are for information purposes only. All entertainment must provide their own equipment and accept full responsibility for the same.
Minimum Numbers chargeable for any Saturday, or Bank Holiday Sunday Wedding is 120 people; this does not apply to January, February, March or November Weddings.
Any rooms not sold, which were reserved and confirmed to the hotel by the Bride and Groom will be charged for.
Prices are correct at time of print. However in the event of circumstances beyond the hotel’s control (e.g. increase in the standard rate of V.A.T.) the hotel reserves the right to vary prices quoted to an extent, which reflects such circumstances. |
